Michael Gaisford
I studied Civil Engineering in Coventry and qualified with an Honours Degree in 1987.
After working in the building industry being employed and self-employed for thirteen years, I moved to France in January 2000.
I now live in the north of Mayenne, Department 53, where I created my own business in restoring and renovating buildings.
I am registered with the Chambre de Métiers in Laval as a Builder (Maçon), a Plasterer (Plâtrier), and a Tiler (Carreleur).
Recently, I have spent time building with natural materials such as Lime and Hemp.
I speak French fluently but I am always learning more.
